Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
